Valerie Lemineur

Valérie started her career in Logistics where she got the opportunity to sharpen her high sense of practicality while managing goods through the whole supply chain. Once in the banking industry she naturally strived for continuous improvement in whatever activity she got involved in. For a creative mind it is always possible to re-think and innovate ways of working with a KISS flavor “Keep It Simple and Sexy”. The idea is to not get drawn into unproductive activities by adding unnecessary complexity. Secondly, make things nice and enjoyable. This requires the ability to deal with constraints and to connect with people who are the most valuable assets as actors of change and positive transformation. Passionate about processes, Valérie has the chance to be part today of a unique experience as she contributes as an agile coach to the tailor-made Agile Transformation programme launched at BNP Paribas Investment Partners in 2016.
